Pricing & Information

PAYMENT POLICY: 

• NES will ensure that all clients receive full value for NES services. Please note that exceptional circumstances causing rescheduling/cancellation must be discussed in advance of the session/event with NES.

• We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer.

• There is a $50 service fee for NSF cheques.

• Fees are non-refundable. A lesson credit will be given when accompanied by a medical certificate.

• ALL sessions/packages and any expenses are plus HST.

• Payment is due ON THE DATE of each session. ($25 + HST late fee applies after due date).

• If a session is missed/forgotten by a client, they will be responsible to pay for the session in FULL.

• Payment for clinics and Equi-Verse Sessions will be:

  • 25% non-refundable retainer to confirm dates for event.

  • 25% due 30 days before the event (may be refundable with a valid cancellation reason).

  • Remainder (50%) due the date of the event.

• All travel expenses will be paid in advance of the clinic/program by the client.

• All Sessions are plus applicable travel expenses.

  • Clients within a 30 km return distance from Kensington - no travel expense will be charged.

  • Clients 31+ km return distance will be charged $0.18 per km travel fee

• The travel fee may be shared amongst multiple clients if located in the same location.

• Clients from other provinces are responsible for covering all travel expenses.
