MISSED TIME POLICY:

Sessions are progressive in nature, with the building and practicing of new skills from session to session. We strongly encourage regular attendance. Of course we recognize that occasionally absences are unavoidable. For this reason, if NES is PROVIDED at least 24-hours notice, we will reschedule the session.  However, if there is less than 24 hours notice or there is no notice, the client will be responsible to pay the full amount of the session (exceptions may be made at the discretion of NES).

If NES cancels a session/package due to unforeseen circumstances, the session/package will be made up in the near future. No refunds will be issued.
